1945 Fair Rules & Regulations

  1. The decisions of the Organization Committee for the 1945Fair are final.
  2. All must collect and submit Georgia Sales tax as required by law.
  3. You must clean up your area when closing. Any spaces left with debris will not be allowed to return and you will be billed for cleanup.
  4. Any vendor not abiding by the 1945 Fair rules may be asked to leave and all fees and space(s) are forfeited.
  5. 1945Fair events begin at 8 AM (ball field) and the spaces in Jenkins Park are open to the public at Noon when the events begin on the Stage
  6. To maintain the integrity of the Fair all Exhibitors must stay set up until 6:30 PM if inside Jenkins Park. Food vendors should stay open until 10 PM. Failure to comply will result in not being allowed to participate next year.
  7.  All vendors must provide their own tents, shelving, tables, and chairs. If electricity is desired there is an extra fee and all electrical cables etc. are to be provided by the vendor (these must meet industry standards)
  8.  All must staff their own space. No Fair volunteers will be available to cover for you so you can have a bathroom or lunch break
  9.  No vehicles are allowed on the fairgrounds (inside Jenkins Park). Unloading areas and times will be directed by the staff for the fair
  10. No fireworks or other devices with flames or loud noises are permitted.
  11. Spaces will be assigned by the fair volunteer team. No subleasing of spaces is permitted.
  12. You must sell or display the items specified on the registration application
  13. No refunds will be given after the applicant has paid. Payment must be received by June 1, 2025. Spaces are assigned to Paid vendors only. If you wait to pay you may not be able to attend
  14. The festival will be held regardless of weather conditions.  If extreme conditions are expected the fair may cancel the event. No refunds will be issued.
